My interest in health and fitness began in high school. I enjoyed early morning workouts before school and intense conditioning for sports. This interest quickly developed into a passion, and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most efficient way to increase strength and decrease body fat through training and nutrition.
After almost 10 years working for hospitals and becoming a mom, I eventually obtained my first fitness certification in 2016 as a group fitness instructor. I have since obtained certifications in personal training, Pilates, senior fitness, and strength training.
This career path was an obvious choice for me as I can coach and motivate people to understand and trust in my methods. These skills have enabled me to design effective training programs so anybody at any fitness level can set realistic goals, achieve them, and enjoy becoming their best selves.
